A professional home for coaches in Zambia

Becoming a PCAZ member gives you credibility through a recognised code of ethics, visibility to clients and organisations seeking qualified local coaches, and accountability through continuous professional development and supervision.

Choose Your Level

Each level supports a different stage of professional development and coaching practice.

Coach-in-Training

K300 / year

For coaches currently progressing toward Professional Coach status through an ongoing coaching qualification.

Criteria

  • Coaching experience confirmed by a letter from the training institution.

Affiliate Coach

K500 / year

For certified coaches who are actively coaching, but do not yet meet the Professional Coach criteria.

Criteria

  • Coaching experience confirmed by presenting a training certification.
  • 20 hours of received coaching CPD per year.

Professional Coach

K1,200 / year

For coaches with advanced qualification and an active coaching practice for a fee.

Criteria

  • At least 50 coached hours as part of certification and 100 minimum coaching hours, or a well-recognised international certification, or affiliation with an international coaching organisation.
  • Current coaching income and ability to provide references if needed.
  • Observed coaching practical exam with feedback.
  • At least 4 hours of coaching supervision as part of the programme.
  • Written exam or presentation.
  • 20 hours of received coaching CPD per year.
